GROUP Training sessions

If you are looking for an all-encompassing triathlon training, then this is for you!

This is the main reason why the Squad exists! The ultimate training group of like minded athletes from all levels of competency, you will be divided according to your level i.e. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

 

Each group will be supervised by a dedicated coach and every session is designed to meet objectives that cover technique, speed, strength, threshold, endurance and racing strategies.

You can be sure that there will never be a dull moment with us. Our training approach is always interesting and our training changes throughout the year in accordance to phases and races in the country and around the region.
