"With their coaching and support, plus a lot of hard work, I completed my 1st 70.3 race in Langkawi in a time that I didn’t think possible (5 hours and 29 minutes).

I have since completed more races and have only gotten faster along the way. I have made some great friends in the squad while they have pushed me to improve and go further. Being in the squad is a way of life for me now"

"I started my training session with coach Serena from scratch (in a beginner class). I made the right choice as I was able to improve my swimming time from 1:59hr in 2016 to 1.48hr in 2017. I was very happy!

In 2018, I move up to the intermediate class (swim group) with Coach Aldrian and subsequently I also got into a structured training program with him as well. Coach Aldrian was a very patient and tireless coach - even when I repeatedly made the same mistakes"

“With his (coach Aldrian) guidance I improved my performance on all the three areas. I surprisingly clocked in PB of 11hr 13min for the IRONMAN Kona World Championships 2018 in Hawaii.

I love the GoGetter Triathlon Squad. It’s not just a team, it's my triathlon family”

"Having Aldrian Yeo as a coach for our team is a huge benefit. I first met joined him in 2017 with the intention of improving my swimming skills for triathlon. I was fortunate to have learnt a lot - Aldrian has shown an intense dedication to training athletes, giving personal attention individually and encourages us a lot to improve ourselves. He accurately uses specific sports drill to promote performance enhancement. Aldrian is very knowledgeable and he is always generous in sharing tips and strategies for each race.

I can't emphasize enough how lucky I am to have found Aldrian. Not only have I improved my swimming skills but also my overall fitness too. I would highly recommend Aldrian and his GoGetter Tri Squad. I can guarantee that you'll get the best experience!"

"Triathlon is my passion and hobby. And I absolutely understand the challenges of fitting triathlon into a busy work, family and social life.

That is why I signed up with Coach Aldrian Yeo and have been with him and his friendly and experienced squad for over two years now. Coach Aldrian has a calm and logical method of teaching that truly connects and inspires me. More importantly, he understands our challenges and adjusts accordingly to suit our lifestyle. "Not only work hard, but also work smart" is his rollcall during all training sessions.

And with that I started competing in Triathlon sports in 2019. I have successfully completed my first 70.3 Ironman Goseong 2019 – an achievement that is very special to me. I am truly thankful for his support and guidance in making this dream a reality.

Being in the squad is a great introduction to the sport. Coach Aldrian and his team of professionals are really passionate and gives great guidance to any beginners taking on this challenge! I really enjoyed my time with them and one day I plan on competing in an Ironman with coach Aldrian helping me get ready for it"

Aldrian is more than a coach to the team, he is a mentor, a leader and my big brother. In the past 3 years, he has helped me get to the world stage (i.e. 70.3 world championship 2018) and on multiple podiums at international and local event. Never have I imagined I could get to where I am today without his guidance.

Coach Aldrian made me understand that Rome wasn’t built in a day – it was built with time, hard work and pushing past your comfort zone. He also understands what it is like to train like an athlete with time constraints. Having experienced it himself - juggling a full time job, family and other commitments while training competitively – his training program will take all these into considerations and make it possible for anyone to get to where they want to be.

He didn't build just a triathlon team, he built a triathlon family.

"I must say… Both Aldrian & Serena are the type of coaches who are passionate, patience to guide, share knowledges. Aldrian is good at what is he doing, pays attention to details on his athletes, to ensure their “machines” are all well maintained under his supervision, finish the race strong and be healthy.

Like what’s most newbie fears of - open water swim, I always think I’m going to drown anytime in open water. After joining GoGetter, I saw significant improvement in my first Olympic Distance race, even better timing in the my maiden IRONMAN 70.3 swim which I clocked 45 minutes!

Definitely swimming skill has improved in terms of technique, endurance and thanks to the group's training & simulation, what’s best now is I am more confident in open water & comfortable in the sea of people.

With 3 months of proper training program and guidance, finally I came out from shin splint injury that bothers me for more than a year. The exciting moments were I got my PB sub-2:00 for a half marathon which I’ve been longing for years and sub 6:00 hours in my first IM 70.3!

“I am now able to enjoy swimming in open water. It took me one year, from a beginner to becoming comfortable swimming in the ocean.

It is truly a huge achievement for me. I would have given up this dream if it weren’t for them (coaches)”
