PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

The one to one program for all levels (and ages) of triathletes, whether its for your first sprint triathlon or your next Ironman.

The program starts with a free fitness assessment for us to tailor make the best training program for you. No matter your location, experience, fitness level or your time commitment – we can make it happen. Which means, even if you are living outside of Klang Valley or you are not able to attend any of our fixed sessions physically, this is the program for you.

To us, every single race is important to us. Our dedicated team of passionate and professional coaches are not only committed to helping you reach your goals, they also want you to smash through your targets!
